Freediving is the key to a peaceful voyage underwater. Learning freediving will allow you to dive deeper and safer in a conscious way. The Apnea Total Free diver course will teach you the technique of different freediving disciplines, body positioning, and movement, equalization, breathwork, and relaxation.

We will also teach you to dive to a maximum of 20 meters depth. However, reaching this depth is not compulsory. The objective is to make you enjoy the process of learning, with no stress about depth records! 

The course takes 2 days. On both mornings we will meet at 9 am at Humarine Headquarters, and go through a theoretical lesson (no exams) where you’ll learn all the necessary skills to later perform underwater. 

After these lessons, we drive to the marina and hop on the boat. The water sessions last 2 hours each. You’ll get back to the dive shop at around 3 pm. 

Requirements for completing the course: perform a simple rescue exercise from 6m depth, taught previously. 

After completing the course successfully you will receive an Apnea Total certification.

Try avoiding alcohol the night before and coffee during the morning.
